About Movewell

We help people understand their bodies, so they can move with confidence.

Most people don't come to us looking for physiotherapy or biokinetics. They come looking for answers — what's causing the problem, whether it can improve, and how to move forward with confidence. That's the work we care about: we listen properly, assess honestly, and explain what we find in plain language, so you leave understanding more about your body than when you arrived. Understanding is where confidence begins.

Our approach

Good care isn't one thing.

None of these matters much on its own. Together, they're why people get better — and stay better.

We listen carefully

The most important information usually comes from you. We hear the whole story before we reach for a test.

Clinical expertise

Years of hands-on experience across orthopaedics, sport and recovery — the judgement to know what matters and what doesn't.

Objective assessment

When measuring will change the plan, The Lab shows us what the eye can't. When it won't, we don't test for the sake of it.

Evidence-based rehabilitation

We treat according to what the best current evidence supports — not habit, and not guesswork.

Genuinely personal care

No two bodies, goals or lives are the same, so no two plans are either.

The team

The people who'll look after you.

Our physiotherapists and biokineticists work together to provide personalised, evidence-based care — the right expertise at the right time, for your recovery and your goals.

How we work together

One plan — not a relay of strangers.

Recovery moves through stages, and different skills matter at each. Early on, a physiotherapist settles pain and restores movement; as you rebuild, a biokineticist develops the strength and control that make it last.

Those hands don't work in isolation. We share findings and plan together, so you're handed on without ever starting over or repeating your story — one team, one plan, the right care at the right time.
