How Nicky approaches care
Nicky believes that helping people understand their bodies is the first step towards moving with confidence. She enjoys combining careful clinical assessment, evidence-based rehabilitation and objective movement analysis, where appropriate, to help people recover from injury, improve performance and stay active throughout life.
