Services

Let's find your starting point.

You don't need to know whether you need physiotherapy, biokinetics or an assessment. Tell us your goal, and we'll guide you to the right care — and the right person to deliver it.

Biokinetics

Rebuild strength. Move for life.

Evidence-based exercise to restore, strengthen and protect your body — for recovery, sport and everyday movement. Often working hand in hand with physiotherapy — one team, one plan.

  • Rehabilitate through guided exercise
  • Build strength and conditioning
  • Return to sport with confidence
  • Move and age well, and stay independent
  • Build capacity in how you move
  • Reduce your risk of injury

Assessments

When measuring matters.

Sometimes understanding the problem requires more than a clinical examination. When objective assessment will improve your care, we use the right technology to measure what matters.

Not every patient needs this. We reach for objective testing only when it will sharpen your diagnosis, guide your plan, or track your progress — at The Lab, in our Velocity rooms.
