A relaxed 5km community trail run through the forests around the Avenues Centre and Grace College. Join us at The Avenues clocktower for some fun on the trails — runners and walkers, friendly furry friends and kids are welcome - make it a family affair! Remember to bring a headlamp in winter!

A community walk/run with 2.5 km and 5 km routes, starting and finishing at Garlingtons Bistro. Whether you want to get active, meet new people or simply enjoy the outdoors, everyone is welcome including friendly furry friends and kids on bikes. Remember your headlamp in winter!

This Spring, we're turning our weekly Tuesday Trails walk/run into a community celebration of Spring and our wonderful Secretaries — the admin teams who keep our practices, schools and businesses running. A family-friendly evening with local stalls, prizes and festivities. Everyone's welcome.
